Southwestern Chicken Pasta Salad


rotini pasta, cooked 2   cups  
chicken breast, cooked and diced 4  ounce  
chopped celery 1/2  cup  
chopped tomatoes 1/2  cup  
chopped green onion 1/2   cup  
fat-free mayonnaise 1/3  cup  
seasoned rice wine vinegar 1/3  cup  
chili seasoning 2  tsp.  
lemon juice 1  tsp.  
garlic powder 1  tsp.  


In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, celery, tomatoes, and green onion. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, chili seasoning, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Stir into rotini mixture. Cover and chill. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
