Print Makes Promises, but Doesn't Keep Them
My new boyfriend likes to make promises but he never keeps them. Sometimes he admits his mistakes, he is still doing it. What am I supposed to do with him so that he will not repeat the same mistake again and again?
It's not about keeping him from making the same mistakes, it's about keeping you from making the same mistakes. How he is now is how he will be for the rest of his life. Is this OK with you? Quit telling him what he needs to do, and tell me what you are going to do. We can't change other people, we can only change ourselves. What can you do to change?
