Controlling Anger

My boyfriend and I have a great relationship but I am having some difficulties. My days are very exhausting and long and when the week is over and I get to see him it's like I don't have any patience left, and I get a quick temper about things that are really dumb. Now is a good time to learn to control your tongue, do a lot of deep breathing and count to ten before you speak. Dr. Ginger
